Innova New Product Consulting was founded by the award-winning copywriter and creative executive, Tom Attea. It was the first new-product firm - and is the most experienced firm - that specializes in bringing creative excellence to new-product development.
Tom spent many years as a creative executive in some of New York's finest advertising agencies and as an award-winning copywriter (4 Clios in one night and Gold and Silver Lions from Cannes, etc.).
During his agency years, he was a VP/Associate Creative Director at Young & Rubicam and a Creative Consultant/Member of the Board in the Interpublic Group of Companies.
While at Young & Rubicam, he not only wrote many award-winning campaigns, for products such as Dr Pepper, he was also the Creative Director of Concepts, the agency's new-product unit. It was this experience that inspired him to start a company that would specialize in bringing creative excellence to new-product development.
